1. Job Description:

• Coordinate to take care of farmers and search for a new system of farmers
• Direct contact with farmers: creating attraction, promoting, consulting products, solving product problems
• Implement promotions, technical seminars, clubs, farmer exchanges.
• Support and conduct sales seminars, decorate agents, hang canvases, Posters……
• Support market brothers in organizing sales seminars, consulting sales….
• Coordinate to solve after-sales problems, propose agricultural extension solutions.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

2. General Requirements:

• Graduated from University in Crop Science, Agronomy, Plant Protection…;
• Experience in plant protection drug industry from 1 year or more;

3. Working location:

• Mekong Delta Provinces .
