1. Job Description:

• Plan sales and debt collection monthly, quarterly, and yearly for each employee and each customer.
• Product development orientation for each customer.
• Coordinating with Sales Support to grasp the programs the company is applying.
• Collaborate with Technical Department to grasp the seasonal pest situation and devise a development strategy in stages.
• Find out customer feedback and take action (procedures, goods, markets).
• Handle problems arising in the management area from difficulties encountered by staff, customer feedback or complaints.
• Monitor, assess capacity and train and develop the team, propose public, clear and fair rewards.
• Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.

2. General Requirements:

• Graduated from University in Crop Science, Agronomy, Plant Protection, Economics, Finance, Accounting…;
• Sales management experience in the pesticide industry from 3 years or more;
• Age from 30 years old or older;
